Honored to be a part of a great organization YCT that provides visionary holistic model which was developed by the founder from an insiders perspective. Feeling inspired to help those who needed it most and could afford it least, Luana DeAngelis enlisted the skills of passionate community members to help ease the journey of people with breast cancer. For 12 years our caring team has become the turning point that makes a real difference in the lives and outcomes of people diagnosed with cancer. Our replicable palliative care model is designed to complete the treatment continuum with long-term resources and relief that is missing in our current treatment paradigm.
Mindful Health brings The Root Chakra Workshops. I'm looking forward to introduce sound as a tool and how we can use it to open up and balance the root chakra.
This all-day event includes a chakra workshop with Nicole Glassman, owner of Mindful Health, where you will explore the Root Chakra through crystal healing therapy, aromatherapy, color therapy, nutrition and an in-depth exploration of Root Chakra themes such as, financial security, grounding, balance and releasing fear.
You will also experience meditative yoga and breathwork, a grounding Sound Healing session with singing bowls, a food demo showing how to use garden herbs to heal, and a Root chakra-inspired lunch by Chef Emmet Moeller.
Excited to be joining amazing line-up of teachers and artists with sound meditation at this year's Art&Yoga Urban Retreat at Rubin Museum.
This collaboration is not to be missed! I'm joining forces with my favorite sound peers: Katie Down, Michael Jay and Joseph Shmidlin.
Total Sound Immersion is a leave no trace event, at a private residence on the lower east side of Manhattan. The address will be given as you reserve your spot. Space is limited!
This will be a sound based healing meditation. Utilizing many different tools we connect with the participants through Reiki, plant essences, tuning forks, and overtone emitting instruments like gongs and singing bowls. Inside of this fully immersive experience, individual attention will be given to you while the overall sound continues.
Together we create the conditions where you can relax into deep brainwave states. In these states the impediments (like the monkey mind) to accessing your own inner healer are removed leaving you open to greater awareness, clarity, well being and insight.

The hypnagogic light experience with Lucia N°03 is a modern form of temple sleep that invites one to linger in the carefree perfection of the eternal Now. When we exhaust ourselves through busy lifestyles, sometimes the best solution is to live in the moment & let go.
Experiential workshop with Light and Sound.
Lucia N°03, is a neuro-stimulator which combines a stroboscope (flickering light) with a constant light operating in different frequencies and programs. As a traveler sits with closed eyes white light activates different areas of the brain and allows for immersion into an alternate state of consciousness. Research has shown Lucia No. 3 stimulates harmonic EEG brain wave patterns (these brain patterns usually only emerge after decades of meditation practice and allows for a transcendental experiences).
Reported benefits include seeing unique scenes of indescribable beauty, intense worlds of colors or patterns, in addition to feelings of deep relaxation, wellbeing, creative insights and renewed energy.
This experiential workshop includes a demo and Q+A with Dr. Dirk Proeckl, co-Inventor of Lucia N°03 revolutionary light technology www.gesund-im-licht.at , with Dr. Marina Masic (Founder of Lumina NY, luminany.com) and features Hypnagogic Light demonstrations & special Sound Healing collaboration by Basia (basiablonska.com).
Happy to be a part of this installation, adding another layer to it, SOUND. BELL 8 is a meditative, immersive installation named after a navigational buoy in Long Island Sound. This sea ‘scape attempts to inspire the sense of expansion and bliss one has afloat, while exploring our own complicated relationship with water. BELL 8 offers a chance to flip mental, spiritual gears to sail to unknown.
Global Sound Bath in collaboration with Conscious Campus goes on tour again. We cannot be happier, what's better than introduce sound work we do to young generation!
Greg Bura founded Conscious Campus in 2012, with the intention of creating a company that would help make a positive difference on the planet both socially and environmentally. After over 20 years in the business, Greg realized that most Colleges and Universities needed to address these concerns too, and drew on the relationships he had forged to assemble Conscious Campus’s dynamic roster that addresses these issues in creative, engaging, and memorable ways.

Are you struggling to find peace of mind and body through this season? Then sound meditation may be for you. We invite you to relax and prepare to be deeply rejuvenated as sonic waves wash over you: scrubbing your mind of fear, clearing your body of stress, and leaving you in a state of harmony, balance, and inner peace. Bathing in the sounds of therapeutic instruments including gong, monochords, singing bowls, as well as harmonic chant, you may emerge clear, energized, and better able to access your inner strength and deepest creativity.
Thrilled to be joining Katie Down, extraordinary musician, amazing music therapist and sound practitioner @ Bhakti center. Light dinner to follow after the event.
